Welcome to our hotel SPA zone with a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a steam bath and a Jacuzzi. The Finnish (dry) sauna relieves your fatigue, eliminates muscle and joint pains, and lowers your blood pressure. In addition, the high temperature makes your skin soft and promotes the removal of any impurities, leaving your skin smooth and elastic. A Jacuzzi with bath water at a constant temperature of 37°C will round off your relaxation, cooling your body, relieving muscle tension, and helping you to unwind. Massage Parlour:

We offer relaxing massage sessions which will relieve muscle tension, eliminate stress, and treat physical discomfort. We encourage you to try our classic, relaxation, hot stone, and cupping massage. NEW! Beer Bath:

A beer bath is more than just a unique form of relaxation. It is also beneficial for your skin: it improves its condition, tone, and blood supply. It leaves your skin soft, smooth and delicate. In addition, a beer bath stimulates the circulatory and nervous systems.

Nordic Walking:

A modern form of full-body training that you can practice on the beach or in the woods – also with the Bartan Hotel! We encourage you take our course with a certified Nordic Walking instructor to learn how to walk with special poles. The attractive landscape (dune forest) in the direct proximity of the Bartan Hotel offers excellent opportunities for this form of exercise. The price of a 2-hour session is: PLN 180 per person (for a group of two) or PLN 45 per person (for a group of at least eight). Pole hire and adjustment is included in the price.
