The Hotel takes great pride in its Amber Restaurant with a fireplace, an orangery, and a garden. The restaurant serves Polish and European cuisine. We particularly recommend our delicious fish dishes representing different cooking techniques, which have won recognition during numerous cooking contests. Our Executive Chef, Mr. Slawomir Sieg, invites everyone to Sunday family dinners, as well as lunches and business meetings. We also organise banquets and receptions for up to 90 persons.
